Adding a Passenger

Add a passenger, if you flew with one. Leave it empty if you did not have a passenger.

Type in the passenger's name and select the passenger's status from the drop down list.
“Status” refers to the status of the passenger waiver. If you flew with another FFL Pilot who flew as a passenger, his or her status would be "on file".

Companion Waivers are found on the "FFL Member Page" in the "THINGS YOU MIGHT NEED" area.

Enter comments as necessary. For example, if you were flying a rescue mission or any other special circumstance, you would explain that here.
