At the very end, you will click on a button that will take you to a 123 form, (example shown below). Enter your name and e-mail address and then click on the "Send" button. That will electronically send an e-mail to the Mission Safety Officer, certifying that you have completed the Flights for Life new pilot, online Orientation.
