Elections:
The Board of Directors shall establish a nominating committee by October 15th of each year. This committee will be responsible for conducting the annual elections in December.
The nominating committee shall provide for an online election process open to all members for a minimum of two weeks in December of each year. Voting closes Dec 31st at midnight.
Directors shall hold office for a term of two years.
