If a Pilot Cancels a Mission because of Weather . . .

ANY criticism of that pilot's decision could put real or perceived pressure on that pilot to fly the mission. It would also put pressure on other pilots to fly missions when they are not comfortable with the weather. We don’t want to do that and we never will.
