Removing Yourself from a Mission within 48 hours

If you need to “REMOVE” a scheduled mission with less than 48 hours remaining before the mission is to be flown:

*On your Pilot Home Page, under "Scheduled Missions", click on the "Remove/Cancel" link adjacent to the Mission Number.

*The mission will be REMOVED from your schedule and generate an e-mail, notifying the Mission Coordinator of the removal. The mission coordinator will notify all members that the mission has become available.

Non-weather issues the morning of the mission

Call your Dispatcher as soon as possible and tell him or her about your problem and your need to REMOVE yourself from the mission. The Dispatcher can broadcast a text and or e-mail message, requesting a pilot who might be able to take the mission. When able, on your Pilot Home Page, under "Scheduled Missions", click on the "Remove/Cancel" link adjacent to the Mission Number.
