Flights for Life New Pilot Orientation

At the beginning of each calendar year, you need to update your Pilot Profile at epilotlogs.com.

The annual Pilot Profile update should be completed no later than 31 Mar.

Pilots are encouraged to update their Pilot Profile whenever desired or when significant events occur, such as a new FAA Medical Certificate, a new BasicMed Medical Self-Assessment Course date, a new Flight Review, etc.  This will result in a rolling Pilot Profile.

You won't be able to schedule a mission or receive unscheduled mission notifications if your Pilot Profile indicates that:

        • *Your FAA Medical has expired, or if you are taking advantage of BasicMed, your online Medical Self Assessment Course (required every two years) has expired.

      • *Your Flight Review (BFR) has expired
