Getting back to your aircraft
When your aircraft is flyable, you can ask a FFL member who is flying a scheduled platelet mission to drop you off at the airport where your repaired airplane is "waiting".
- The "Drop Off" pilot adds leg(s) to his/her regular platelet mission report to reflect the extra leg(s) flown.
- The extra time flown would be part of the total flight time recorded for the "drop-off pilot's regular FFL platelet mission.
- The "drop-off" pilot adds a NOTE in the remarks section, explaining that the extra leg(s) were part of a rescue mission return flight.
